Managing Director
McCider serves as the Managing Director of the firm, providing overall strategic and technical direction. He leads client engagements, facilitates the development of institutional strategies, and ensures the delivery of high-quality consulting, training, advisory, and business process outsourcing services
Thamiko Mzumara
Finance and Administration Officer
Thamiko is the Finance and Administration Officer of the firm. She brings several years of experience in supporting the firm’s operational and management functions.
Victor Drack Chimgolo
Assistant Marketing and Brands Officer
Victor is the Assistant Marketing and Brands Officer at TT Business and Finance Limited. He is responsible for enhancing and promoting the firm’s services through strategic brand positioning and effective communication initiatives.

Eng. Dr. Gregory Gamula
Board Chairperson
Dr. Gamula is a visionary leader with extensive experience in academia, consulting, planning, and development management. He provides strategic guidance to the Board, with a focus on long-term sustainability.
He holds a Doctorate Degree in Environmental Engineering from China University of Geosciences, a Master of Science in Renewable Energy from the University of Oldenburg (Germany), and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Malawi.
Current Position: Director of Planning and Development, Electricity Generation Company (EGENCO).

Mr. Simon Sikwese
Non-Executive Board Member
Mr. Sikwese is a seasoned expert in social and change management, with a strong background in project and program development, implementation, and capacity building. His expertise in training and strategic transformation is a valuable asset to the Board.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health – Social and Behaviour Change Communication from the University of Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Malawi.
Current Position: Executive Director, Kachere Institute of Health Development Communication.

Mrs. Abigail Nomusa Katulukira
Non-Executive Board Member
Mrs. Katulukira is a seasoned banker with extensive experience in client relationship management, service delivery optimization, and leadership. Her extensive experience in service delivery is of great value to the Board.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Malawi School of Government (formerly Malawi Institute of Management) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from the University of Malawi.
Current Position: Service Centre Manager, National Bank of Malawi.
